Packaging and order fulfillment errors

When our supplier is balancing a large volume of orders, mistakes are bound to happen. And some of these errors prevent our valued customers from getting what they ordered in a timely manner.  Some of the reasons for the delay could be because the wrong item or quantity of items were received or the package, we received was missing an item or items. If any of these errors occur, you will be notified immediately and we will work with our supplier and other business partners to rectify the matter as quickly as possible.
